Your prospects may be interested in joining your team in the current role you’re offering, but that doesn’t mean that’s where they’ll always want to stay. Talented professionals want to excel at what they do, but they also want to grow in their careers. Make sure you’ve got growth opportunities available to demonstrate that your company is progressive.

Ditch the Hierarchy 

The future workplace is one where management and employees are able to work together and collaborate through transparency and mutual respect. You don’t necessarily have to eliminate all management roles (like Zappos did with holacracy), but you should make some cultural shifts and shake up your organizational chart so that it’s more about innovation and progress than it is about fancy titles and corner offices with a view.
